Content: 5ml Sara for children suspension contains 250mg of Paracetamol
Indications: Antipyretic and analgesic drugs.

Dosage - how to use:

- Children under 12 years old: From 6 - 12 years old: drink 1-2 teaspoons every 4 hours. From 1-6 years old: drink 1 teaspoon every 4 hours. Or follow the instructions of the physician.
- Adults and children over 12 years old: Drink 2-4 teaspoons every 4 hours, maximum dose 4g / day (16 teaspoons / day).
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to Paracetamol or any ingredient of the drug.
- Patient has multiple anemia or has heart, lung, kidney or liver disease.
- Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase-G6PD deficiency and severe hepatic impairment.
SIDE EFFECTS: Use as directed rarely causes serious poisoning or side effects.
- Hypersensitivity reactions: rash, hives, fever.
- Blood diseases: anemia, leukopenia, red blood cells, platelets.
- Other side effects: hypoglycemia, jaundice.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: The ability to cause liver damage of Paracetamol may be increased when used in high doses or for a long time by inducing agents of liver enzymes.
- The therapeutic effect of Paracetamol may be reduced when used with: Barbiturat, Rifampin, Hydantoin, Carbamazepin, Sulfinpyrazon.
- Ethanol alcohol: increases toxicity when taken in large doses or overdose.
- Activated charcoal: drink immediately to reduce the absorption of Paracetamol.
Careful:
- Paracetamol is relatively non-toxic with therapeutic doses. However, should not be used continuously for more than 5 days.
- If the pain is severe or recurring, the fever is high or the fever is constant, then the disease will be very serious. If the pain persists for more than 5 days, occurs swelling, red joints or rheumatism in children younger than 12 years old, you must consult a physician immediately.
- If a hypersensitivity reaction occurs, the drug should be stopped.
