Content: Each 10 ml pack contains: Aluminum oxide (in the form of Aluminum hydroxide gel) 0.3922g; Magnesium hydroxide (as Magnesium hydroxide 30% paste) 0.6g; Simethicon (as Simethicon emulsion 30%) 0.06g
Indications: Alleviate symptoms of gastrointestinal disturbances related to increased secretion of stomach acid: indigestion, heartburn, epigastric burning.
- Support and symptomatic relief in diseases or conditions where excess gas formation and accumulation in the gastrointestinal tract (bloating, bloating, swallowing gas, indigestion, Roemheld syndrome) , gastroesophageal reflux syndrome, gastric ulcer, duodenum, gastritis, esophagitis.
Dosage - usage: 1 pack of oral suspension 1-3 hours after meals and 1 pack at bedtime if needed; or for pain with a total dose of no more than 4 packs / day; or as prescribed by your doctor.
- For antacids: The maximum recommended dose to treat symptoms of digestive disorders, indigestion, should not be used for more than 2 weeks, unless advised or supervised by a physician.
- In peptic ulcers, because there is no relationship between symptom relief and ulcer healing, antacids should be continued for at least 4-6 weeks after symptoms have stopped.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug.
- Porphyrin metabolic disorder.
- Patients with severe renal impairment.
- Patients with asthenia, preeclampsia, alkalosis, hypermagnesemia, hypophosphatemia.
- Patient is on hemodialysis, colon ulcer, appendicitis, intestinal obstruction, pyloric stenosis.
Children under 6 years old because of the risk of aluminum toxicity, especially in children who are dehydrated or have kidney failure.
SIDE EFFECTS: Systemic side effects are rare in patients with normal renal function.
Common: constipation, diarrhea.
- Uncommon: high doses cause intestinal obstruction, decrease blood phosphate.
- In patients with chronic renal failure may cause hypermagnesemia, osteomalacia, encephalopathy, dementia and small red blood cell anemia.
Drug Interactions: Antacids interact with many other drugs by altering the pH of the stomach, drugs are absorbed and form an unabsorbed complex. These interactions can be reduced by taking an antacid 2-3 hours apart.
Aluminum hydroxide can reduce the absorption of concomitant drugs such as tetracycline, digoxin, indomethacin, iron salts, isoniazid, allopurinol, benzodiazepines, corticosteroids, penicilamin, phenothiazine, ranitidine, ketoconazole, itraconazole can decrease absorption. collection of these drugs.
- The absorption of aluminum from the gastrointestinal tract may increase if taken with citrate or ascorbic acid.
- Magnesium hydroxide reduces the absorption of tetracycline and biphosphonate.
Caution: It should be used with caution in people with congestive heart failure, edema, cirrhosis.
- Patients with mild to moderate renal impairment and myasthenia gravis.
- Chronic diarrhea, constipation, low sodium diet, gastrointestinal bleeding have not confirmed the diagnosis.
- Elderly people, pregnant and lactating women (avoid prolonged high doses). Monitor the heart rate of the fetus.
- May cause phosphate deficiency in patients on low phosphate diet. This can be overcome by regular use of milk and phosphates. Periodically check phosphate levels during long-term treatment.
